1. INTRODUCTION

This document sets out the shipping policy of Perfume HQ (referred to in this privacy policy as ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’). We reserve our right change any part of these terms at any time by updating this page of the website, so you may find that different terms apply next time you use this website or purchase the products.

2. SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

A. (General) Unfortunately, once your package leaves our warehouse we have no control of postal delays, lost, stolen, or damaged items. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible nor liable for any lost, stolen or delayed items. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to provide correct delivery information and to arrange pick up of your Order at your delivery site. However, if you experience any unfortunate circumstances with your delivery, please contact us by email at hello@perfumehq.com.au and we will be happy to assist you. 

B. (International Shipping) Where an order is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, tariffs and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Such charges are generally due once the shipped orders arrive at the country of destination and you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to cover these additional fees as we are only charging for the shipping fee for your order. Accordingly, you are responsible for obtaining information and abiding by any specific laws, regulations and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products.  

3. DELIVERY

3.1DELIVERY TIMES

Standard Shipping (within Australia) Within 3-8 business days from the time order is shipped.  $8.00 
Express Shipping (within Australia) Within 1-4 business days from the time your order is shipped. $10.00 
International Shipping  Within 6-10 business days from the time your order is shipped. $25.00 
  • We order shipping within Australia and internationally in accordance with the delivery times and shipping methods set out in the table above. All costs are set at a flat rate and subject to change prior to you completing an order without notice.  
  • You acknowledge that any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only and the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. You should refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.  
3.2 FREE DELIVERY
  • We currently offer free shipping on all orders Australia wide and free shipping on international orders over $200.
  • Notwithstanding any clause to the contrary, we reserve the right to modify or end the qualifying threshold for free shipping without notice.
3.3 ORDER TRACKING
  • Your orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from the time your order is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your consignment ID number which allows you to track your order via the website of your assigned courier for shipping. If you have an account with us, you can login to you account and track your order.  

3.4 DELIVERY ISSUES
  • As we engage the services of third party couriers and carriers (Third Party Carriers), you acknowledge that Third Party Carrier terms will apply to the delivery of the order(s) to you. Accordingly, subject to clause 2(a) you are responsible for first filing any claims with the Third Party Carrier for lost, stolen or delayed items before contacting us to troubleshoot the issue. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via Third Party Carriers or incorrect shipping information.
