I was so lucky when I came across this site. I was looking for a fragrance I couldn’t find in-store near me. They had it and also on sale. I’m always cautious using a site I haven’t before but took a chance and placed an order. I ordered the day before a long weekend so I was expecting a delay after the initial confirmation. I was completely taken aback though when a few days later I received an email from the company saying that there was a backlog and that they prided themselves on customer service and quick delivery so would like to express delivery by a courier. I have never had this happen before, even from companies I have been buying from for years. I thought it was exceptional. The next day it arrived and packaged and presented so elegantly It was like a birthday or Christmas. I have never had this service before and was genuinely touched. Thank you so much and the next time I am looking for a special fragrance I will be looking at Perfume HQ before in-store. I recommend to everyone give them a go. Trustworthy and above and beyond customer service.

Started out with a small issue I was having with their website and Yulia personally called me with her concern to resolve the issue. I ended up purchasing a bottle of perfume after all and Yulia could not have been more helpful. Her communication was top shelf. Perfume arrived to me within 2 days of purchase, beautifully packaged with a bow tie and thank you card..
Hard to get service and packaging so well done like this these days.
