Ciroc Vodka stands apart as an extraordinary spirit. Unlike most vodkas derived from common starches, Ciroc is crafted from Mauzac Blanc and Ugni Blanc grapes, left on the vine to fully ripen. These grapes are sourced from Gaillac, a region nestled between Roussillon and the Pyrenees in the South and the Gorges of the Tarn in the East. Following harvest, the juice undergoes pressing, cold fermentation, and five meticulous distillations, employing specially-designed copper pot-stills. The resulting vodka is crystal clear, boasting an aromatic profile with a notable citrus focus reminiscent of gin. On the palate, it offers a fresh, medium-dry experience with gentle warmth. The finish is clean, dry, and subtly spicy, featuring juicy grape and sweet citrus notes. Think of it as a gin without juniper, opening up endless possibilities.
