Lake’s Folly Cabernets is a limited-production blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Shiraz, hand-picked from their estate vineyards. Fermented in open vats for softer tannins, the wine ages in large old casks before maturing in small French oak barriques.
